After the farmers market, we went to the Hungry Cat for brunch. I had some awesome chilaquiles, and was inspired to make some at home. (For the record, these are nowhere near as good as the ones at Hungry Cat.)

I shallow-fried the flour tortillas and grill-roasted the poblanos. Salsa is store-bought. I thought this was mildly successful, but not great. I'll have to keep trying. I forgot the egg, too.
